Patrick Bamford made a positive start to the 2019-20 Championship campaign – scoring in the 3-1 win over Bristol City last weekend.
However, it has seemingly not been the summer that the club’s supporters had in mind in terms of incomings.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are still regarded as one of the favourites to finally earn promotion back to the Premier League this season, having come so close last time out.

That said, the club’s supporters showed their fury at the fact that an announcement of the wrong kind was made the day before the window closes.
