da apostebet： Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt has joined Belgian outfit Royal Antwerp on loan for the rest of the 2019-20 campaign.
And it would be fair to say that the Premier League club’s supporters are pleased to see the back of the 25-year-old.
Hoedt made 32 appearances for the Saints during the 2017-18 campaign.
The Dutchman struggled for form in the first half of last season, though, before joining Celta Vigo on loan during the January transfer window.
Hoedt has now left St Mary’s on another short-term deal, with Royal Antwerp securing his services for the rest of the current season.

The centre-back does still have a contract with the Saints until June 2022, however, and it will be interesting to see what happens once his latest loan move is finished.
